Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of ZensConnect’s video- meeting and virtual-classroom platform, websites, SDKs, and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

ZensConnect provides hosted live meetings, virtual classrooms, webinars, recordings, and related features, plus an embeddable SDK and API. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features depend on the plan an organization is on.

Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract, or use the Service only under an organization that has obtained the required parental or guardian consent for minors.
  • You may not share an account, or access the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark it without our written consent.

Organizations & roles

Members join an organization by invitation or invite link and are assigned roles (such as admin, teacher, or student) that determine what they can do. An organization’s administrators control its settings, members, data, billing, and content, and are responsible for their members’ use of the Service and for the lawful basis of processing their members’ data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe others' rights, harass, or harm anyone.
  • Upload or share malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
  • Record or capture a meeting without the consent required by law and by the meeting's consent mode.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or exceed the rate limits and usage caps of your plan except as expressly allowed.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service or its users, and will restore access once the issue is resolved where practical.

Your content

You and your organization retain ownership of the content you create or upload — meetings, messages, recordings, files, and similar. You grant ZensConnect a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the Service. You’re responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content you share.

Recordings

Recording is off until an organization enables it. When enabled, the organization is responsible for choosing a consent mode that matches its jurisdiction’s one-party or all-party rules and for informing participants. Participants are warned before recording begins and can decline by leaving or joining without audio and video.

Third-party services

The Service integrates optional third-party services — for example Google Calendar for calendar sync and a payment provider for billing. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, and connecting them authorizes the described data exchange. You can disconnect an integration at any time. We’re not responsible for third-party services we don’t control.

Plans, billing & payment

  • Paid plans are billed in the currency shown at checkout (PKR) through our payment provider. Prices and plan limits are those shown at purchase.
  • A paid plan activates for its billing period after payment is confirmed and provides the features and usage caps of that plan.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next billing period.

Termination

You or your organization may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data is retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and your organization’s retention settings.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, ZensConnect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZensConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZensConnect harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law change. Material changes are communicated to organization administrators; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
